As an independent elevator contractor, we have the flexibility to explore all possible repair and service options within your budget before resorting to a full equipment replacement. As part of our service agreement, we respond to breakdowns or other issues within two hours of your phone call, any time of the day for metro areas. In cases of entrapment, we can be on-location in 30 to 60 minutes. Response times will vary in more rural areas.
Our maintenance technicians carry the necessary equipment to address most routine repairs in their trucks, so many basic repairs can be done on-site at the time of inspection or during routine maintenance.
